What this site is — and is not
This site is informative. Nothing here is an offer to buy or sell securities, an invitation to invest, or investment, legal or tax advice.
ARCA is an operating group: we buy and run companies. We are not a fund, we do not manage third-party money, and we are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer.
Terms of use
You may read, quote and link to this site, citing the source. You may not copy it wholesale, scrape it automatically, resell its content, or present yourself as part of the group or as its representative.
Access to the site does not create any commercial relationship, mandate or mutual obligation.
Intellectual property and brand use
The word mark ARCA, the arch symbol with its keystone, the three approved color versions, the type system and the texts of this site belong to ARX Operating Group LLC.
Permitted without asking: reproducing the logo unmodified in press and editorial contexts — slate #334E68 on light backgrounds, light slate #8FB3CC on dark, cream #F6E7DE on terracotta — always with the word ARCA alongside the symbol.
Not permitted: altering the proportions or the joints of the symbol, recoloring it, adding effects or outlines, placing it over a busy image, using it as part of another logo, or using the marks of the group’s companies to suggest a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.

The group’s companies
Each company in the group — JetExpress Freight, Olympus, ARCA Verified Services, Fenikkusu General Services and Muryo — operates under its own legal entity, with its own contracts and obligations. The obligations of one are not the obligations of another, nor of ARX.
Private area
Access to the private area is nominal, personal and granted by invitation. Credentials and one-time codes may not be shared, transferred or published; doing so ends the access.
Everything published there is confidential and, where applicable, subject to the non-disclosure agreement signed by the recipient.
Figures and forward-looking statements
Figures shown on the public site are approximate, unaudited unless expressly stated, and may refer to closed periods. Any statement about the future is an intention, not a promise or a guarantee of results.
